At Mesbobettes, 2023 was a big year. Projects, new features, redesigns... as they say, we haven't been idle!

Over the past year, we have worked very hard to bring together all the shipping, marketing and management staff under one roof.
With the tens of thousands of orders we have annually, it became essential to bring the team back to one location.
After searching for some time to find the best location, we found the head office we needed: a 20,000 square foot location on Wellington Street North, in the heart of downtown Sherbrooke.
This location would allow us to be centralized and more efficient. Online orders, store supply, everything is now processed 100% in our head office.

As you may have already known, in 2022 we acquired the chain of stores and the manufacturer Caleçons Vos Goûts (CVG). Maybe the name already rings a bell, but to give you an idea, Caleçons vos gestes is a Montreal institution recognized since 1989 for the sale and design of underwear. In numbers :
- 4 million underwear sold since 1989
- More than 4000 underwear models designed since 1989
- 9 stores across Quebec
- 35 active employees
This acquisition represented a lot of adaptation and change. We had to learn how to manage a new company, integrate employees and processes.

New Mesbobettes stores
In November, we embarked on another adventure! With our experience with the Sherbrooke store and those of CVG, we felt ready to take on the next step: opening new Mesbobettes stores in Victoriaville , Chicoutimi and Drummondville .
But opening new sales spaces doesn't happen by snapping your fingers! You have to find the right place, negotiate prices, prepare or renovate the premises, repatriate the products there, find the staff… etc. I'll let you imagine all the management that this represents. And we did that for three stores, during our busiest month of the year.

Brand image
In 2023, our marketing team focused on a major project, the overhaul of the brand image. We had the same visual identity for 13 years and we wanted to bring it up to date.
After laborious exploration and research, Samuel, our artistic director, proposed a refreshing new relaxed brand image.
A new logo reminiscent of the elastic band of underwear, an official rounded font, pale and warm colors.
And all these new features have been applied to our website, our posters, our videos, our newsletters and so on.

That's an overview of the major changes we experienced during 2023. We are proud of the progress we have made: it's incredible to see that we can accomplish great things when we are well surrounded. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped make all of this possible!
So we say THANK YOU for 2023 and... We can't wait to take 2024 by storm to see what it has in store for us.
