GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For hygiene reasons, an intimate product (underwear, swimsuit, socks) is not refundable. It can only be exchanged if it is returned as new, in its original condition with the tags still on the item.
Clothing (joggings, pajamas, dressing gown, sweater, etc.) that is not considered intimate can be exchanged even if the label is no longer on the item.
For your exchanges and returns, please respect the following deadlines:

For regular priced items: You have 30 days from the date of purchase or the shipping date if purchased online.

For promotional or sale items: You have 15 days from the date of purchase or the shipping date if purchased online.
ELIGIBILITY
The following conditions must be met for your item to be eligible for return:
- Approval : You must contact customer service and obtain authorization for eligibility for a return, exchange or refund.

Product Condition : The item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and the original price tags must be intact. MesBobettes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund method : Refunds will be made according to the payment method used during the purchase. If the original payment card is missing, a MesBobettes gift card will be issued.

Promotion : Return of items purchased on promotion may void the terms of this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated according to the new conditions of sale.

Gift Card : Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be refunded or replaced under any circumstances.

Price adjustments : MesBobettes does not accept price adjustments.
ONLINE RETURNS BY POST
To return an item by mail, follow these steps:

You must contact customer service for your return to be approved. Then, you will be provided with a return label and you must use this label for the return. A fee of $9.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.

If your order was shipped in multiple packages, be sure to match the returned items to their original return label. Items from different packages should not be returned together.

Affix the return label to the package, making sure to hide the original shipping label if necessary.

Drop off the package at a nearby post office and keep the carrier's tracking number.
Reimbursement will typically be processed within 24-72 hours of receipt of your return at our fulfillment center, although this time frame may vary due to high volume or depending on your financial institution.
IN-STORE EXCHANGES
To make an exchange following an in-store purchase, please follow the steps below:
- Come to the store*:
- The original invoice.
- The payment method used during your purchase.
- Items you wish to return or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY OF IN-STORE EXCHANGES
The article must:
- be in new condition and have never been washed. The store staff reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the requirements.
- be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (deadline may vary depending on time of year).
- have been purchased in one of our stores and not online.
- be accompanied by the original invoice or have access to the customer account on which the purchase was made.
* It is possible to return or exchange the item in another MesBobettes store than the one where the purchase was made. Find a store near you.

Warranty requests must be communicated to MesBobettes within the warranty period offered by the manufacturer of the defective underwear. If the problem is reported outside of this period, this policy no longer applies. For all warranty claims, we ask that you contact us before returning anything. All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service by email at info@mesbobettes.ca providing the following information:
- Your order number or proof of purchase showing a transaction date within the last 12 months.
- Your delivery adress. The name and color of the model you want to guarantee.
- A photo showing the defect. A photo of the product identification label (if available) inside the product, next to the care label, to help us verify model information.
- A photo of the product label on the back of the product to help us verify the model.
- A brief description of the problem also helps us process your request faster.
If a product is determined by MesBobettes to be defective, MesBobettes will work to find a reasonable solution for you. The reasonable determination of whether the product is defective will be made by MesBobettes at its sole discretion taking into account the overall wear of the product.
Items can only be exchanged, not refunded, and you are responsible for shipping costs and import duties/taxes.
Please Note: This policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification, repair, or purchased from an unauthorized seller. This policy may only be used once per product and is not applicable to replacement products offered under prior warranty claims.
