What should I do if I made a mistake in the delivery address?
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be intercepted. If the address on an order is incomplete or incorrect, the order will usually be returned to us. Please contact our customer service to let us know your correct address. We can then return the package to you at your expense.
However, if your order is delivered to the incorrect address, it will be your responsibility to collect your package from that address.
What is your shipping method?
We ship all our packages with Canada Post. Delivery is free and expedited for all orders of $75 or more before taxes and after discount. For orders less than $75, the delivery costs are $9.99 plus taxes.
For orders of several items as well as for orders of a single item with the expedited delivery option, we use the Canada Post expedited parcel service with tracking number. You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order has been processed and shipped. Usual Canada Post delivery times are 1-2 business days once the order is processed by our team.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship 5 days a week. The time between your order and receipt at your home is 4 to 6 working days. During busy periods, delays may be longer. We use the services of Canada Post for transportation. If you are not at home during delivery, the postman will leave a notice in your post office box to pick up your package at the nearest post office.

How do I know which size is right for me?
From one brand to another, sizes vary. This is why we took care to insert a size chart. The size chart allows you to determine the size that suits you for the chosen product. You will find this charter in each product sheet. It is important to know the waist measurement in inches of your pants. For example: waist size 34 in your pants. Each waist measurement in inches is converted to size: Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large, XXX-Large.
Can we exchange or get a refund for one or more products that are not suitable?
As with most stores that sell intimate products, we do not do exchanges or refunds. To ensure that the size is correct, you must refer to the size chart offered for each brand. This charter is located in the sheet for each product.
However, if the product is defective, contact us and we will be happy to apply the warranty according to the brand you purchased which is defective. IMPORTANT: The warranty is not applicable on replacement items.

What happens if there is an error in my address?
If there is an error in your address and you are responsible, there is a good chance that the package will be returned to the Mesbobettes warehouse. We will be happy to resend the package to you, but this time, adding delivery costs. However, if the error is our responsibility, we will cover the costs of returning the package to you. If you are mistaken, we invite you to contact us as quickly as possible so that we can make the correction if the package is still in our warehouse.

What is your pricing policy
Our prices are subject to change without notice. You may purchase a product at regular price and a few days later it is on sale. Under no circumstances will we issue a refund on a price adjustment.
Are your products cheaper than elsewhere?
Mesbobettes.ca aims to offer the best possible price for its products.
Do you have sales or clearances?
Yes, like any store that takes care of its customers, we sometimes offer, for limited periods, discounts on our merchandise. However, you must be subscribed to our Size Member club to have access to the clearance section.
If I receive a damaged product, what do I do?
Obviously our company and our suppliers are committed to delivering new, defect-free products to you. We invite you to contact our customer service to find out the procedure to follow so that we can replace the damaged items. 1-855-BOBETTE
What is a final sale?
A final sale means that the purchase is final. Once you have placed your order and payment has been made, the transaction is considered complete. Under our return policies, final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We therefore encourage you to carefully check the details of each product before finalizing your purchase.
